I have used Ear Trumpet app and it works fine on my tablet. Check the audio port indicator in Realtek Audio Console.
Make sure audio cable and PC have a tight connection.
For those devices, Realtek Audio Console will be activated directly after audio driver installation. Simply double click to controls default audio device, while easily moving apps between playback devices. (Warning) Some platforms do NOT support UWP Realtek Audio Driver. This is a free app and it offers the powerful features. Fore example, there is a volume control app called Ear Trumpet from store. Other way is to get the third-part app as a replacement in Windows 10. Click on the Browser, navigate to the C:\Windows\System32\SndVol.exe, and pick up one of three icons to use. * Then right click on the file, and select Properties > Change icon. * Type the location of sound control panel below into text area:Ĭlick on Next button to contunie, and name it Sounds or another one you want to setup. * Right click on any empty area on your desktop, and select New > Shortcut. Make a shortcut to the old style control panel * You can also right click the sound icon, choose “Open Volume Mixer” from menu, and click on the System Sound icon. All devices are listed and easily selectable in Control Panel Sound menu and Conexant Smart Audio system tray tool. Within the new window, there is an option for “Sound Control Panel” on the right hand side. SSD v4 will easily switch between Main TV, headset and speakers but cant get it to select the smaller, secondary TV nor am I able to create a toggle shortcut between both TV audio outputs. If you open the app and go to Hardware and Sounds, and click Sounds, you will see the old Sound window complete with the Recording, Playback, Sounds, and Communications tab. Click it, and it will open the Control panel sound settings. Feel free to re-arrange the icons on your desktop.* From your desktop, right click or hold-and-press the speaker icon in the system tray, and select the “Open Sound Settings”. The Sound tab has an option called Sound Control Panel. Now you should have an icon to the good-old control panel right on your desktop. The Display icon for example also appears in the Appearance and Personalization.
After you are done, remember to click Apply. Adjusting the volume and changing the system sound settings on Windows 10 has always been a straightforward process, but you were only able to manage them using Control Panel. The Control Panel Hardware and Sound category shows some familiar faces. Now click “Personalization”.Īfter the Personalization window has opened, first click “Themes” (1) then “Desktop icon settings” (2) and new box opens where you can tick the items you would like to appear on your desktop. Click the Windows icon in the bottom-left corner and then click “Settings”. In Windows 10 you can do this by first going to the Settings.
If you tweak your setting often, it might be a good idea to add a Control Panel icon right to your desktop. You can easily find it by clicking the small search icon (magnifying glass) in the bottom-left corner of your screen and then typing: “Control Panel”.
Many of us who’s used previous versions of Windows probably finds the old-style Control Panel more familiar and would prefer to use it. In Windows 10 many of the settings can be managed and changed using the new “Settings” window which you can find when you click the little Windows logo in the bottom-left corner of your screen and then click “Settings”.
